War Time Blues

— War Time Blues : Musical Spiritual Battlegrounds —

war time bluesThis may be getting too deep, but it needs to be recognized, to get it out of the controlling hands of the music industry. The powerful misguided people in power and control of the fames and riches of the musical industry, needs to be freed also.

There seems to be a Band named Wartime Blues from Missoula, MT, it’s a small world.

Now on with the the lyrics of song War Time Blues: Written by me Rich Tomidjah, with no musical collaboration, and is free to do what you, and inspirations are free also. Feel free to change the words to your liking, use your ideas, that’s what inspirations is all about.

You can rehash the same 3 chords to your heart’s content, it’s the same 3 chords, it’s how you arrange them that makes them unique and different. What pauses of silence between the chords, make the songs, silence is music also.

I’m giving away these ideas and lyrics, to do with what you want, no copyright restrictions. I stole from the world these lyrics anyway… well not really, but you get the gist.

War Time Blues.

The Record labels have the power of fames and riches.
They forget the structure they built, even pyramids can be overturned.
And it won’t stand on the point, it quickly wobbles, and falls to destruction.

Musicians gather around and sing songs of mourning.
With the technological tools in the hands of production masters.
They produce what they didn’t produce, and the people were freed.

Mourning in blues, during war time.
War Time Blues.
Warring with words as our weapons.
War Time Blues.
Raging on the inside of this simple Soul.

Awards shows feed the egos and prideful bellies.
The tellies are on displaying the magical shows, and revealing the dramas.
Like the economic crisis revealed your greeds and vices, what will you do to defend your prideful ways?

Words are weapons that can be used to manipulate.
It can destroy the weak and sick, and only piss off the strong.
But the light shines true for everyone alive, and that fact will be delivered to those who wait.

Mourning in blues, during war time.
War Time Blues.
Warring with words as our weapons.
War Time Blues.
Raging on the inside of this simple Soul.

Truths are the words to be delivered.
And the lies are the feeds of the masses, that make them sick.
We know our end is different from the masses, they die and we live.

Physical death does not compare with spiritual death.
It’s Worse, to say the least, it’s tyranny under the reign of the beast.
When you die in this world it’s physical death, when you die spiritually, it’s hell.

Mourning in blues, during war time.
War Time Blues.
Warring with words as our weapons.
War Time Blues.
Raging on the inside of this simple Soul.

This is by Blind Lemon Jefferson song sung back in 1926, it’s a cover of the song… Wartime Blues – the old recording was just too nasty sounding, the material they used in the old days for production was antiquated and full of noisy snap and crackle noises.
Here is a cover version by Alan Moores, and he changed some lyrics around.
