Ride The Eagle

Ride The Eagle

T
his movie was close to my heart, since my Mom just died out of my life a couple of months ago, it touched me deeply… not sadly, but comically.
It was a very uplifting story.

Leif’s estranged mother Honey dies, she leaves him a ‘conditional inheritance’.
Before he can move into her picturesque Yosemite cabin, he has to complete her elaborate, and sometimes dubious, to-do list.
Leif and Nora, his canine BFF, step into Honey’s wild world, as she tries to make amends from beyond the grave, in this hilarious and heartfelt comedy

I copied the last paragraph, that summarized the plot of the story from Youtube… the movie was great, or something to past the time, so if you didn’t have your Mom die recently, then you probably wouldn’t enjoy it.
But it touched my heart with love and enjoyment…

And my Mom collected Eagles… of all kinds, I collected her Eagles after her death… not all of them, I wasn’t as obsessed with Eagles, as she was.

My Mom, was nothing like Susan Sarandon, but she lived on a lake in a cabin away from everybody else, which I’m doing.
So, I could relate to that part of the story, at least.

I would recommend to watch it… it carried some tedious moments to get through the story, but it ended good.

This is one Eagle I collected from Mom.
It was a rock that she painted, that she got from here, but I can’t remember her taking it, but my Sister, said she saw an Eagle in it… which I kind of remember her taking it… but not sure, but I do remember her saying that though.
