Morning thoughts

— Morning Thoughts —

walk-445272_640Meditations in the morning, are better than dreams, cause you are conscious and awake. Thoughts fill your head and you think about them all day, rather than struggle to rise out of bed and forget your dreams.

I feel good about this morning, but I’m ready for some news that will try to put me into depression. It’s external, and the key to guard against it, is look at the data, as just that, DATA.

It’s not part of your being, it’s part of the world, but not part of you, unless you let it.

It’s quickly loses its power, if you don’t meditate on it, but don’t ignore it, or you let it to spread.

It’s a fine balance to work with, but you won’t be sorry, if you do. All right I’m full of BS, you will be hurt from trying to balance the imperfections of the world, but you won’t regret it, is more like it.

Well, regret is synonymous with sorry, but regret carries the thought of what could have been, not just sorry as remorseful. It makes you stronger, if you have the right mind.

I’m annoyed with “pop-ups”, that take away from the peace as your reading, usually requesting your donations. I go into war mode when they pop up, I know it’s not what I’m to meditate on, but I get mad and feel like I should say something. I feel frustrated that I can’t post it somewhere to voice my disappointment in the practice, where it would do good.

I just donated to Wikipedia, it’s free, so I donated to make it sustainable. Wikipedia is prone to errors too. Wikipedia should make a thoughtful remembrance project of people that donated, and put it in the cookies that you donated. I swear I donated a couple of months ago, and was hit by the pop ups again.

Well, I’m starting to get negative, which is a sign of the end of this meditative session, otherwise the negativity is going to follow the rest of the day.

“Men’s thinking that you must halt before the barrier of inner negativity. You need not. You can crash through…whatever we see a negative state, that is where we can destroy it.”
— Luc de Clapiers, Marquis de Vauvenargues

I don’t know if this is the truth or a trap, but I’ll find out, and share it with you in the future, cause I can see it both.
