CIA Experiments With Brain Enhancements

These videos are about Brain Enhancement techniques that the CIA documented with the US Army.

“The report entitled Analysis and Assessment of The Gateway Process was penned in 1983 by US Army Lieutenant Colonel Wayne M McDonnell.

McDonnell described the Gateway Experience as ‘a training system designed to bring enhanced strength, focus, and coherence to the amplitude and frequency of brainwave output between left and right hemispheres so as to alter consciousness, moving it outside the physical sphere so as to ultimately escape even the restrictions of time and space’.

In simpler terms, the Gateway Experience uses sound to manipulate brainwaves with the goal of creating an altered state of consciousness in which a person can interact with nonphysical aspects of reality.
Practical uses of the technique, according to the CIA report, include manifesting goals, converting energy to heal one’s body, and even traveling across space and time to access new information.“

This all was started, when I started College in New Hampshire, (NEC) New England College, and they had a campus in the UK in Arundel, which I transferred to in 1983.
The campus was small and quaint, but they had a small pub, where everyone who went there hung out.

They also had a class trip to the then Soviet Union(USSR), which turned into Russia in the early 90’s… with a reform program by Gorbachev called “Glasnost”.

The trip was a little dictatorial, they wanted control over everything, but they liked their Vodka… I got drunk the first night, or maybe it was when we went to St. Petersburg, well at that time it was Leningrad.
I got drunk and told the Russian Bartender who refused my last drink… I was talking in tongues of Russian by faith… he chuckled…but kept up the denial mode alive.

I wrote a letter to Yuri Andropov, voicing my concerns about Nuclear War, and the power they held to make a doomsday prophecy, but I didn’t know he was dying in a hospital, and he died in February of 1984, and another sick man, Konstantin Chernenko took office, and also went into the hospital, and died just over a year later in March 1985, then Mikhail Gorbachev took over.

I always knew we were using about 5%-10% of our brain’s power, before my accident, and started checking out books at USAF base library, to find out more about the brain’s power… I was just a dumb 18 year old kid, at the time… reading something I knew nothing about… it left me more confused from when I started.

I was just a dumb kid evolving into, what I am now… another Dumb American, that thinks he knows it all… but I’m dumb, and I know it… which is the first step into the kingdom of wisdom.
