I was loaded with frustrations today.
I woke up which is frustrating everyday…another day on the planet earth.
You see people complaining over the same things everyday, and not being grateful for what they have, they look to conquer and divide the spoils from the resources they have or mine from the earth.
I’m complaining too, so I’m included in my judgments, so the next few quotes are my thoughts to the tee.
“Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do.”
— Pope John XXIII
“Writing is one of the few professions in which you can psychoanalyse yourself, get rid of hostilities and frustrations in public, and get paid for it”
— Octavia Butler
I often wonder of the majesty of this earth, and all that it has to offer, and we look to capitalize on it for our own gain…is this wrong?
I often question that, and I meet headstrong capitalists who are motivated by profit and gain, justifying every pollutant or bleeding of the resources, to fill their pockets.
I often side with the Native American, who believed that we are all here and should be thankful for what we got, no one owns anything, heck we don’t even own our bodies.
Our art is all we have to share with the world, our creativity, our art is all we own. It’s the core of our being.
You know there is a disease given to us by our art… I saw this video, and said what of this world isn’t contaminated by our dirtiness?
